James Hilary studied Forest Management and Geographic Information Science at Oregon State University. Prior to that, he served as a heavy equipment mechanic in the Marine Corps. James works as a forestry consultant and founded AeroTract in 2019. James holds his FAA part 107 license and has years of experience in GIS programs and sUAS flight operations.
