James Hilary studied forest management and geographic information science at Oregon State University. Prior to that, he served as a heavy equipment mechanic in the Marine Corps Reserve. James works as a forestry consultant and founded AeroTract in 2019. James holds his FAA part 107 license and has years of experience in GIS programs and sUAS flight operations.
